Scattered showers is a meterological term meaning the chance of short cloud bursts, but it is unlikely. In a time where we see the effects of climate change on out weather, France is suffering from both floods and droughts. The weather becomes more and more unpredictable. The certainty of good rain is put in question on this lake where the level of water can fluctuate enormously.
